Infrastructure

Our experience with infrastructure financial models range from single port projects in Australia to projects involving the construction of an industrial city in Saudi Arabia. Large scale infrastructure projects are often complex in nature and require financial models that provide long-term risk analysis.

We understand the intricate interface between the network modelling and the financial model, as well as being familiar with the industry terminology and methodologies. Our experience with many multifaceted projects has provided clients with financial models involving a combination of many different financial instruments and funding options that can also be used for risk and investor analysis. We have experience in the financial modelling and analysis of projects associated with:

  • Rail Infrastructure
  • Toll roads and transport infrastructure
  • Industrial cities
  • Social housing developments
  • Hospitals and social infastructure

In these sectors, and generally, we are proactive in discussing in-depth technical and economic aspects with other involved infrastructure specialists such as patronage modellers, economic consultants and regulatory experts. With the advent of PPP/PFI in many first-world markets we also consult to private capital houses seeking to bundle and sell off portfolios of equity participations. This type of analysis often requires ‘smart’ consolidation techniques.
